Q: How does voice recording work?

A: Simply tap the microphone button and start speaking. You can record up to 2 minutes on the expired plan or 5 minutes with Premium. The app will transcribe your speech and automatically categorize your thoughts.

Q: What happens to my voice recordings?

A: Your voice recordings are encrypted, sent to our secure servers for transcription, and then immediately deleted. We only keep the text transcription, never the audio.

Q: How do I create custom categories?

A: Premium users can create up to 10 custom categories. Go to the main screen, tap the "+" button, and provide a name, emoji, and AI training prompts for your category.

Q: Can I use the app offline?

A: Yes! The app works offline with reduced functionality. Your thoughts will be saved locally and synced when you're back online. However, AI features require an internet connection.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A:

• You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period

🔧 Troubleshooting

Voice Recording Issues

Microphone Permission Required: If voice recording isn't working, check Settings → Saydo → Microphone is enabled.

Problem	Solution
No permission prompt appears	Go to Settings → Saydo → Microphone → Enable
"Network error" when recording	Check internet connection. Voice transcription requires network access.
Recording stops early	Free tier: 2-minute limit. Premium: 5-minute limit. Upgrade for longer recordings.
No speech detected	Speak louder and closer to the microphone. Avoid background noise.

Sign-In Problems

Apple Sign-In not working: Ensure you're signed into iCloud on your device
Email verification code not received: Check spam folder, or try resending after 60 seconds
Google Sign-In issues: Clear browser cache or try signing in through Safari first

Subscription Issues

Can't restore purchases: Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase
Subscription not recognized: Force close app and reopen. May take up to 24 hours to sync.
Charged but no access: Tap "Restore Purchases" in the app or contact support with receipt
