Saydo AIWhat is a good alternative to the Structured day planner that I can talk to and that syncs with Google Calendar?
A Structured alternative with two-way calendar sync
Saydo is a voice planner for iPhone and Android that syncs both ways with Google Calendar. What you say lands on your Google Calendar, and changes you make in Google Calendar show up in Saydo. As of October 2026, Structured's help center says its calendar import works one way and is not yet available on Android.
How it works
- Say your day: "Gym at 7, team call at 10, pick up Leo at 3:15, and buy printer ink."
- Saydo shows each item on the right day and time and asks you to confirm.
- Timed items go on your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, the rest go on your list, all with reminders.
What Saydo does
- Google Calendar sync in Saydo works both ways, on iPhone and on Android.
- You talk instead of typing: say everything in one go and Saydo turns it into separate tasks, calendar events and reminders, each on the right day.
- There is nothing to set up, drag or categorise. Say it the way it comes out.
- By default you get a reminder 15 minutes before and one at the time. You can set up to three reminders per item, or just say it, like "remind me an hour before."
- Saydo shows what it understood before anything is saved. Nothing goes on your calendar until you confirm it.
- Saydo is free to download, and voice capture is not limited.
