Saydo AIIs there an app I can talk to that puts my tasks and appointments into my calendar automatically?
An app you talk to that fills in your calendar
Yes. Saydo is a voice planner for iPhone and Android. Tell it your week the way you would tell a friend, and it puts appointments on the Google Calendar or Apple Calendar you already use, turns the rest into tasks, and reminds you of each one. It shows you everything before saving, so nothing lands on your calendar by mistake.
How it works
- Say your week: "Haircut Saturday at 10, parents evening Wednesday at 6, and I need to renew my passport."
- Saydo sorts it: appointments become calendar events, the rest become tasks, each on the right day.
- Confirm, and it is on your calendar with reminders. Changes later are one sentence: "Move the haircut to 11."
What Saydo does
- Saydo syncs both ways with Google Calendar on iPhone and Android, and with Apple Calendar on iPhone.
- You choose which calendar Saydo writes to, and it syncs both ways.
- Saydo tells tasks from events by what you say: time spent somewhere is an event, a thing to tick off is a task.
- By default you get a reminder 15 minutes before and one at the time. You can set up to three reminders per item, or just say it, like "remind me an hour before."
- Saydo shows what it understood before anything is saved. Nothing goes on your calendar until you confirm it.
- Saydo is free to download, and voice capture is not limited.
